Your main focus will be to oversee and manage all aspects of advertiser accounts. As an advertiser manager you will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, ensuring client goals are met through proactive management and growing the portfolio of existing advertisers on the network. Effective communication with the affiliate management team is key

Junior Media Buyer

You will need to have a firm understanding of RTB bidding, creative optimisation, A/B testing, demographic targeting, competitor analysis etc.. This is a full cycle management role, whereby the ideal candidate would be required to manage all aspects of the campaign.

Job Description

Tremendio is looking for a self-motivated and passionate Affiliate Manager to join the team and follow them on their journey of growth and market innovation.

Your main focus will be to oversee and manage all aspects of publisher accounts and their marketing campaigns. You will also be in charge of growing your own book of publishers using the various resources Tremendio has to offer whilst maintaining your relationship with exsiting partners .

Responsibilities include the optimising and analysing of publisher accounts using various metrics such as ROI and EPC. The candidate must be analytical, creative, a problem solver and a quick learner.

 

Requirements:

● 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager.

● Knowledge of payment models: CPL, CPA, CPS and the ability to analyze those figures.

● Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts and metrics

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Docs for reporting.

● Excellent Written and Oral communication in English, extra languages a bonus.

Affiliate Manager Responsibilities:

● Understanding your publishers traffic and KPIs to provide them with the right affiliate offers.

● Monitor, Analyse and grow campaigns.

● Communicate with internal teams to ensure campaign pauses/optimisations are effectively actioned.

● Meet and Exceed monthly set revenue and GP targets

● Update higher management of publisher feedback and potential for new business opportunities.

● Identify trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing industry, using the different tools and resources made available by the company.

● Source new affiliates through mediums such as Facebook, Linkedin, Forums etc.

● Set up Postback tracking for newly assigned publishers and test tracking links.

● Check and approve email preview tests.

● End of the month confirmation of campaign results with assigned publishers

● Use CRM system to log client details and important notes related to the accounts

● Increasing advertiser portfolio on the network using the tools and resources made available by the company.

● Set up offers on the network and test tracking with advertisers.

● Ongoing analysis of traffic and campaign performance and ensure standards are met

● Creating work-flow with clients to improve management of partnerships.

● Keeping up to date with trends and opportunities in the online advertising ecosystem across verticals.

● Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure campaign pauses/optimisations are effectively actioned.

● Hit and exceed monthly revenue and GP targets.
